Step 1: Onboarding + Brand Voice Discovery

Every single one of my projects starts inside your custom Notion portal. This is our HQ for the duration of your project! You’ll receive:

• A brand voice questionnaire so I can write like you, not a generic robot
• An onboarding form to share your login info, business goals, and general housekeeping items

The onboarding process will be the most involved part on your end. Because I provide a full-service blogging takeover, my goal is to get aligned on your goals, voice, and preferences from Day 1. This lets me hit the ground running and it really cuts down on the level of feedback you have to provide later.

The process might feel a little front loaded, but once I gather all the necessary elements at the start, we can ensure each blog post resonates with your dream clients. No generic fluff. Just real, rooted-in-your-voice storytelling.

Step 2: Mini SEO Audit + Keyword Strategy

Before I touch a single headline, I get to know your site traffic inside and out. You’ll receive:

• A simplified SEO audit outlining what’s working, what’s not, and what we can build on
• A custom keyword bank aligned with your niche, industry, and audience intent

This sets the stage for strategic, full service blog management — the kind that ranks, connects, and keeps you showing up in all the right searches.

Step 3: Blog Content Calendar Creation

Depending on your plan (Ace of Basics = 2 blogs/month, Double Down = 4 blogs/month), I’ll build a comprehensive content calendar inside your Notion portal. You’ll find:

• Topics sourced from keyword research, target keywords and phrases, and any seasonal or promotional content we want to support
• A layout that balances evergreen posts with timely content

The blogging cadence I design will give your blog long-term traction and keep you top-of-mind.

Step 4: Blog Post Writing + SEO Optimization

Here’s where your content takes shape:

• I write blog posts that sound like you, just a version of you with more time and less stress
• Each post is optimized with on-page SEO best practices, internal links, and reader-friendly formatting
• We build cornerstone content over time. Think: foundational posts that support future traffic and link strategies

You’ll get a draft of each post inside Notion with 3–4 days to leave comments or suggest edits.

Step 5: Photos + Publishing

Your visuals and blog formatting matter just as much as your words. And I willllll die on that hill. Once your blog copy is finalized:

• I’ll choose images from folders you provide, or select the ones you specifically request
• I upload and expertly format the post on your website (Wix or WordPress)

I spend almost as much time on this stage as I do on writing the actual post. SEO isn’t just about using the right keywords. It’s about making sure your blog is easy to navigate, enjoyable to read, and optimized for how people (and search engines) interact with it.

Here’s what I focus on:

• Visuals — A well-curated set of images that supports your content without dragging down your site speed
• Skimmability — Formatting with headers, page breaks, quotes, and more to help readers find what they need without wading through a wall of text
• Interlinking — Linking to past posts and relevant pages on your site to guide your reader’s journey, reduce bounce rate, and boost time on page (which Google loves)

If your blogging manager isn’t focusing on these elements, they probably aren’t full-service and you’ll have to go back into each post and make tedious edits yourself.

Step 6: Ongoing SEO Monitoring

After publishing, I don’t disappear into the digital abyss. I will:

• Keep tabs on your SEO plugin and backend health so your site continues to run smoothly
